    Chelsea was raised in Oakdale, her dream as a child was to become a veterinary technician as she was raised around a family that bred Mastiffs. Chelsea took a different path and became an Esthetician and while she loved working with people, her call for working with animals came. She'll be the first Customer Service Representative to jump for joy as your cute little fur baby walks through the door.

    Melissa is one of our customer service representatives. She joined us from the VEC in Modesto. She is currently studying for her Registered Veterinary Technician exam. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters. Melissa is also a dog mom to 3 Great Danes, Pixie, Pistol and Pandora, and a Lab named Molly.

    Joint Head Veterinary Technician

    Kirsten is born and raised in Los Banos. Since a very young age she always knew she wanted to work with animals. She succeeded in making her way to Denver, CO and graduated from Bel-Rea Institute of Veterinary Technology in 2009. She became a Registered Technician in 2010. She joined the team in early 2018. She is looking forward to upholding Oakdale Veterinary Groups outlook on veterinary care and she can't wait to help you and your furry family members.

    Registered Veterinary Technicians

    Christine was born and raised in a small town in Southern California. She fell in love with animals and always knew she would work with them. Down south she was an  equestrian and competed in Hunter/Jumpers with her thoroughbreds, and worked at a pet nutrition store learning and understanding per nutrition. From there, she moved to Stockton and graduated from Carrington College with an AS in Animal Science in 2013. Shortly after, she passes her national and California State exam to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has worked in general practice and emergency/critical care until she came to work for us. In her spare time she enjoys going hiking,camping, or to the beach with her dog Nemesis by her side!

    Krickett is our longest serving employee. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding our 4-legged patients and their collection of ailments. She loves all the patients as if they were her own pets.

  • Natalie Jiminez
    Joint Head Veterinary Technician

    Natalie is  one of our full time technicians who happens to be fluent in both English and Spanish. She was born in Santa Clara, CA but proudly raised in our small town of Oakdale since she was 7. She had two small Poodles and a German Shepard that she loves to take on adventures. You can count on her caring and loving out furry best friends as if they were her own.

  • Hannah Johnson
    Veterinary Assistants

    Hannah is one of our full time technicians. She graduated from Carrington College in 2013 with her Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology. She has worked as a technician at both emergency and regular day practice veterinary offices. Hannah has a 1 year old son named Rhett and two dogs named Leone and Coconut. She has a major soft spot for bully breed dogs and spent many years showing dogs in confirmation and some obedience trials.   Growing up Hannah had a wide variety of pets including but not limited to: goats, mice, birds, horses, dogs, cats, and chameleons! She looks forward to meeting your fur baby soon!

    Kate has been volunteering with us since 2012 and has officially joined the OVG team in May. She has two dogs, Trudy , a 7 year old Wired-Haired Pointer, and Meeka, a 10 year old Chihuahua mix. Kate is currently a student at Oakdale High School but is hoping to study veterinary medicine in the near future at Colorado State. Her dream is to get her degree and come back to her home here with us at Oakdale Veterinary Group to start her career as a Veterinarian.

  • Zack Chituras
    Volunteer

    Zach has been volunteering at OVG since 2016. He is a native of the valley and graduated from Oakdale High School in 2012. After three years in the army he decided to go to college in order to study veterinary medicine. He is hoping to start veterinary school in 2021. He has had dogs his whole life and currently has a black lab named Lily. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and is involved in research at CSU Stanislaus where he is starting his senior year as a biology major.
